Have a hen with babies and Elsa, the hen got attacked by 2 dogs in our garden. She kept the others safe, and they hid all over the place. She has been badly injured. Called the vets and the call handler was so helpful. Sean one of the vets called me back and was also so helpful and saw Elsa straight away!! Elsa had a broken bone, which Sean tidied up, some stitches for quite bad open wounds and slow acting antibiotics. Sean checked in how Elsa was doing the next day and has been giving me advise since - Sean is very approachable and always replies to calls and texts, with helpful tips and answers. Elsa isn't out of the woods yet, as a further open wound has been found and unfortunately hasn't been pretty to handle, but with Sean's advice this has continued to be treatable by myself and my husband at home! James one of the directors of the practice also called over the weekend it happened to check in how all was going too! All of the staff were lovely that we met whilst there also! Very reassuring, friendly, helpful vets, which I would 100% recommend!
