Tipples to the rescue!! We had tables and chairs for 300 guests hired through another vendor for a wedding at Berwick House last weekend. Late in the afternoon the DAY BEFORE the wedding, we learned that the other vendor had gone bust and wouldn't be delivering the furniture. We called Tipples in a panic about an hour before they closed on Friday, and Janet calmly put together a furniture and table linen order for us that saved the wedding. Thank you to the whole team for making it a seamless process! Even changing the whole order half way through and a few last minute changes were never any trouble. Having worked with Tipples on the other side as a catering supplier I knew I could trust them to deliver! All the items were in perfect condition and arrived in plenty of time to set up and they were collected before we had even awoken the following day, which was a great help as they cleared all the tables. They were extremely accommodating and helpful in the planning process, we even went to look at the chairs before because I couldn’t decide! Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The guys who delivered were extremely polite, helpful and arrived at the agreed time. Everything was packaged sensibly, with labelled crates and enough space to repackage safely once used. The dirty return service is fantastic - we hired crockery, cutlery, glasses, a fridge and other items for the bar for our wedding, and the last thing we wanted to do was wash everything after packing the rest of the wedding away. We also had zero breakages and no issues with the final invoice. All in all we were very impressed with the service and would absolutely use Tipples again.
