Booked these guys and there was about a 2 week wait, which showed they were pbusy - which is always a good sign! I had a few questions and Ray called me to go through my queries and answered all in a satisfactory manner. He advised me which other companies to use if I didn’t use his. Very refreshing, normally it’s a case of “we are the best, everyone else is rubbish” when you contact a company, but Ray was honest and wanted me to have the best service for me. They were the middle price of all my quotes but the highest recommended. He and his daughter came out to do the job, very conscious about meeting Covid regulations and polite. Left me feeling happy to vanish upstairs while they got on with the job. Once done it was a great job and I was very pleased! That didn’t stand there with their hand out demanding payment, I was given an invoice and could pay it in my own time, again absolutely no pressure at all, a great way to do business. Fully recommend them and no doubt I’ll have them back once the little guy has trampled all the mud through from the garden again. Service: General carpet cleaning

Ray and Jackie came to our house this morning, exactly on time, and worked unbelievably hard for several hours. Furniture was carefully moved and put on little platforms to ensure that carpets can dry out without leaving marks - great attention to detail and typical of Ray and Jackie's professional approach.
