Asked for money up front as French saw mills shut for August. Then made trusses without consent from plans before any foundations laid! Needless to say they were not the right size. Was paid to fit but just assembled on site then disappeared never to be seen again. Blamed everyone else but who makes trusses before the walls are up. Ended up incurring further costs to adapt building and trusses to make fit but left me with a trusses that could not be used. Trusses themselves very nice but useless if wrong size. Very poor just interested in getting money and that is it. DO NOT USE
